1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use our services.

2. Gift Card Vouchers

• Gift card vouchers are sold at a 25% markup and are redeemable only at participating physical retail stores through our partner's gift card system.
• All sales are final. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cashback eligibility depends on your membership status and purchase activity.

3. Cashback Rewards

• Cashback is issued 121 days after purchase, if a qualifying transaction is made using the gift card.
• Cashback is funded from our company’s income, not customer funds
• Free members receive 30%. Paid members receive up to 49%, depending on the gift card value.
• Cashback is paid via bank transfer to verified Jamaican bank accounts only.

4. Membership

• Membership is optional and costs J$8,400 per year
• Members receive higher cashback rates and access to additional benefits.
• Membership does not auto-renew.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Do not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

6. Store Listings and Offers

• Stores listed in our app accept the partner’s digital gift cards.
• We do not control store policies, inventory, or pricing.
• Listings and offers may change without notice.

7. No Investment or Securities Offering

This is not an investment product. Cashback is a loyalty reward funded from the company's income, not a financial return or interest.

8. Changes to Services

We may modify features, cashback rates, or Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service means you accept these changes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
